It’s been a fun 10 months here on at Weird Things. The blog has grown by leaps and bounds thanks to your views and comments, spanning popular science topics that range from black holes and the theories behind warp drives, to heated debates about evolution and the scientific method. And now, Weird Things will have a new home at the True/Slant network. I’ll be switching over all the posts and your comments over the next few days. The switchover itself should be automatic but RSS readers should update the feed’s URL which will be posted as soon as everything is tested and ready to go. Stay tuned and I’ll see you on the other side…

I’m sad to see the site go, a one stop shop for 100% interesting reading. Well, cheers to your success at weird things, and may your readership increase ten fold with your move.

Hey Greg, congratulations! I was reading O’Neill’s entry on Astroengine and I was afraid you had been somehow converted to christianity… (Thank God) that didn’t happen (:

Anyway, be sure I’ll be following you on your new website, just don’t forget to make a last post telling us the new url.

    Cheers!

“may your readership increase ten fold with your move”

Thanks Jypson. I certainly wouldn’t mind getting between 600,000 and a million views a month! And trust me, the blog isn’t really going anywhere. It will still be the same mix of strange news, debates and cutting edge science. But it will have a different layout and give you the chance to explore other great blogs in the True/Slant network.

I’m a computer retard so please make the instructions clear or this old lady won’t find you:)
