		<description>Big Pharma&#039;s statin sales exceeded $15 billion in 2008; $13.6 billion for prescription proton-pump inhibitors; $7 billion for SSRIs in the US alone, Advair and Plavix $7 billion each.  If you want clever chemists, mark 1% of sales as bonuses.  Everybody wants to work for the Boston firm of Mèirleach, Tuilí, Craosaire, and Bitheolaíoch.  

The simple and obvious solution is to invest a year or three of Rhodes Scholarships exclusively to codified diversity goals.  Activist social capital to be gained is immense.  Wall Street would Rhodes Scholar hire itself into Inner Wall Street - a sacrosanct celebration of belligerant vociferous dysfunction (but the other way).</description>
